As part of the Intel Gamer Days 2023 Sale event, Amazon is offering this IBUYPOWER RTX 4070 gaming PC for $1799.99. That's a hefty $700 price drop from its original $2500 MSRP. This gaming PC is decked out in some quality components, and that includes the case and cooling. The nice thing about buying this PC over some other options (i.e. Dell or HP) is that the off-the-shelf components are non-proprietary and thus easy to source and replace if necessary.

Walmart has the PS5 disc edition console with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 game for $10 cheaper than normally buying the PS5 console by itself. There are no other PS5 console deals at the moment.

Performance wise, the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT GPU is equivalent to an RTX 3070. That's pretty amazing given that at this price point, we usually only see RTX 3060 Ti equipped PCs or less. That also means that this GPU is easily run games at up to 1440

The RTX 4080 is the second most powerful card on the market and a considerable step up in performance over the 4070 Ti. This (or the 4090) is the card you want for 4K gaming without any restrictions. On the AMD front, only the Radeon RX 7900 XTX can keep up (and that's if you ignore DLSS and ray tracing). It's much more powerful than previous generation cards, performing about 50% faster than an RTX 3080 Ti. This is one of the most powerful laptops that Lenovo sells right now. Let's just say the RTX 4090 makes high end gaming on a laptop possible. The RTX 4090 is the most powerful mobile GPU ever, and by a huge margin. The HP OMEN 17 supplies up to 175W to the GPU. That means this is probably the fully enabled RTX 4090 GPU with a 150W TGP, not the gimped 80W version. It's equivalent to a desktop RTX 3090 GPU.

The RTX 4070 mobile GPU performs roughly 20%-30% faster than the RTX 3070 that is replaces. That means its also a little bit faster than the RTX 3070 Ti. You'll need this kind of power to run games on the laptop's QHD+ display with settings turned up. RTX 40 series cards also support DLSS 3.0, which is essentially DLSS 2.0 plus frame generation.

Performance-wise, the RTX 4060 mobile GPU sits right in between the RTX 3070 and RTX 3070 Ti.
